Simply provide us with your plans and specification and we will provide you with a budget cost breakdown. This will aid you with cost control along with ensuring that contractors who are tendering for work are pricing within current acceptable charges.
Additionally you may avail of a cost monitoring service where we will visit the project at agreed intervals and provide a valuation of work completed in the preceeding period. This allows you to ascertain the validity of your subcontractors payment claims.
